The world's largest Qur'an academy was established in Sharjah

Islam is the fastest-growing religion in the world. Its universal message and teachings based on truth are spreading very fast in the age of globalization. Even in Europe and America, despite Islamophobia, thousands of non-Muslims are enriched with the light of Islam every year. There are about 5 million non-Muslims in the UAE, with the message of Islam spreading rapidly.
The glorious teachings of Allah, the Book of Allah, will now be spread more effectively in the UAE than ever before. For this purpose, the world's largest Quran Academy has been established in Sharjah. The Quran Academy was inaugurated by the ruler of Sharjah, Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi. A masterpiece of Islamic architecture, the Qur'an Academy is built on an area of 75,000 square meters.

The roof has 34 domes and the building is designed in the shape of an 8-pointed star. The Qur'an Academy also houses 308 ancient and rare manuscripts and archeological manuscripts from seven modern and historical museums which have been collected from different parts of the world. A feature of the Qur'an Library is that here 18 Qaswa (pieces of the shroud of the Ka'bah) have also been placed, one of which dates back to 970 AH.

In addition, there are 60 ancient writings in fifteen sections, each of which mentions important events of the Hijri century. In his address after inaugurating the Qur'an Academy, Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi said that the Qur'an Academy established in Sharjah not only houses pictures and manuscripts but also promotes Islamic teachings and culture. Activities and important events will also be held. People should visit this Quran Academy in large numbers so that they can get the details of all the periods related to the ancient manuscripts of the Holy Quran.
